Venture through the garden to the rear door and enter this bespoke property into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a Lavazza Coffee Maker.  Leading through to the lounge area with its fabulous wood burner and large glass doors with stunning views of the countryside, this is the perfect spot to relax after a long day exploring the area. The lounge has a choice of entertainment including a smart TV (with a Netflix and Spotify account), DVD player, sound bar and DAB radio, or a selection of board games if you prefer more cerebral pastimes. There's also a bookcase of carefully curated books ranging from fiction through factual, many of which feature the local area. When you’re ready for a good night’s rest, the cosy and comfortable bedroom boasts a king size wooden sleigh bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and an en-suite shower room with WC.

The large decking area is a wonderful place to relax during the day using the sun loungers and towels provided, whilst in the evening, you can light the fire pit and enjoy the stars in the night sky with a wee dram in hand! Alternatively, take a soak in the hot tub with your favourite tipple by day or by night and watch the plethora of squirrels and garden birds quizzically wondering why humans take so many baths!!
